The book also contains a history of the Spider and a full list of appearances. There's also a new cover by Garry Leach (Miracleman). Paper quality is excellent, and it's a lovely package - a pleasant surpise after Titan's disappointing Transformers range. |
King
of Crooks is a hardcover Titan collection, first published in 2006
(for some arcane reason, the character isn't referred to by name on
the cover). It represents the first set of Spider reprints since Vulcan
ended in 1976, and collects the first three Spider serials from the
pages of Lion, as well a story from the 1969 Lion Annual.
